Introduction
Thank-you for participating in 59th IWCS Conference. This page will acquaint you with the submission process and expedite preparation and publication of the printed and CD-ROM versions of the Proceedings for the conference.

Technical and Poster Session authors will also find instructions to help in the presentation of their work at the conference.

Note: Please review the Guidelines for Commercial Content when preparing their presentations.

Finally, important information on Copyright Release and Visas (for international travelers) is included.

Preparation of Copy

2009 Proceedings CD
All articles are limited to 10 pages for technical papers and 5 pages for poster papers. The template for the Conference Proceedings is presented in Microsoft Word® format and can be Downloaded HERE.

Download the template and follow the contained instructions within the text of the template. Please name your document as your abstract number (example 067.doc).

When converting your document to an adobe acrobat file, name it the same as your word file but with the .pdf extension (example 067.pdf).

The template should provide answers to any questions you have.

Submitting Your DOC and PDF Files
Submitting your file(s) is easy. Simply open your browser, click on the URL you were asked to bookmark for submission of your paper and attach your ".doc" -OR- ".doc" and ".pdf" files as instructed.

In case you do not have the URL bookmarked, it is:
http://www.cloznet.com/iwcs10/tosubmit.cfm

Type in your abstract number; then click on the first link to submit your paper.

NOTE: Submissions that do not conform to the IWCS standards and formats will be returned to the author for corrections and/or alterations.

Paper Submission Deadline

All papers for the Conference must be submitted in an electronic format which conforms to IWCS specifications and should be received no later than August 7, 2010.

NOTE: Authors who cannot meet this deadline should email Sheridan Printing at: iwcs@sheridanprinting.com with a copy to phudak@iwcs.org immediately and ask for an extension.

Copyright Release Form

IWCS requires your signature on the Copyright Release form. The form was part of the original package that was sent to you in June. It is also available for download, during the paper submission process, at their web site.

The form with the lead author's signature must be faxed by August 7, 2010 to the IWCS office. The FAX number is +1-732-389-0991.

Visa Reminder - For Presenters from Outside USA

Please be reminded to check your travel visa requirements to enter the United States of America (USA) for the 58th IWCS Conference. The time required for processing of visa applications can take several months.

To help you with this process, please check the Visa Information and Letter of Invitation page of this web site. It contains links to official US government visitor's information sites as well as details on how to obtain a "Letter of Invitation" from the IWCS should one be necessary.
