Westin Providence Hotel
The Westin Providence has again been selected as host hotel for the 57th IWCS Conference. It is conveniently located adjacent to the Rhode Island Convention Center. The hotel has set aside a limited number of rooms at a special rate. These room reservations must be received no later than October 8, 2008. NOTE: IWCS is only contracted for rooms from Nov 9 to 12. | Providence Marriott Downtown The Marriott Providence is a full service downtown hotel less than half a mile and five minutes from the Convention Center. Transportation is available to and from the Convention Center every 15 minutes via the Public Transit Trolley system. This year, the 57th IWCS Conference will again take place in downtown Providence, RI. The centrally located, modern Convention Center (see map) will be the primary venue with the adjacent Westin Providence serving as host hotel.
The Providence Place Mall, a multi-level shopping center complex housing over 150 stores and restaurants, is connected by a skybridge to the hotel and convention center. Waterplace, Providence's landscaped riverwalk, is within easy walking distance.
