Introduction
scholarship graphic Since 1994, the IWCS has offered scholarships to encourage high school and college students majoring in the science or engineering discipline relating to the wire and cable industry.
 
Two Scholarships are periodically available:
The Elmer F. "Ace" Godwin Memorial Scholarships created to honor the long-serving Director of the IWCS, and the
Christopher Kenneth Eoll Memorial Scholarship endowed in honor of an active participant of the IWCS and a Siecor employee.
 
NOTE: These scholarships are available to students within the United States as well as to international high school and college students.
Scholarships Offered in 2010
Elmer Godwin Elmer "Ace" Godwin Memorial Scholarship
 
The Godwin scholarship will be awarded to either a qualified high school senior or a college student.
 
The Godwin scholarship is a one-time endowed award with a value of approximately $2,000.00.
Christopher Eoll Christopher Kenneth Eoll Memorial Scholarship
 
The Eoll scholarship will also be awarded to either a qualified high school senior or a college student.
 
The Eoll scholarship is a one-time endowed award with a value of approximately $2,000.00.
How to Apply

The package consists of a cover letter and information sheet explaining the application process in detail, including availability, amount of scholarships, eligibility, scholarship criteria and critical dates.
 
Application forms for both high school and college students are included in the package.
